All services are delivered in good faith with a focus on reliability, transparency, and long-term partnership.
3. Client Accounts & Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Misuse, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity may lead to suspension or termination of your services.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways such as Stripe, PayPal and Wise. Recurring payments, if applicable, will continue until cancelled by the client or by us according to our cancellation policy. Prices for services are clearly displayed and may vary depending on region or service type.
5. Project Delivery & Communication
We believe in clear, friendly, and professional communication. Timelines and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon before project initiation. Delays caused by missing information or client-side dependencies are outside our control, but we always aim to deliver promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials developed by Rueez remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights or licenses for their specific project or service as defined in their agreement.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may request cancellation of ongoing or recurring services anytime by contacting our support team. Refund eligibility depends on the service type and the time elapsed since activation. Please read our full Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed conditions and timelines.
8. Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations of these Terms, abuse, or illegal activities. Before taking any action, we make every effort to contact the client and resolve the issue amicably.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to maintain service uptime and data security, RUEEZ LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, interruptions, or third-party actions.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We handle all personal and business information in compliance with the Privacy Policy and international data protection laws. We never sell or disclose your information to unrelated third parties.
11. Hosting Terms (Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting & Managed Root Servers)

The following agreement outlines your rights, responsibilities, and available remedies in case of legal or service-related disputes.
11.1 Account Eligibility
By registering with Rueez or using our hosting services, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Services are strictly available to users aged 18 or older. If a user under 18 uses our services, the account may be terminated immediately.
- If a customer registers on behalf of a third party, they agree the third party is also bound by these terms and they are responsible for enforcing compliance.
- Customers are responsible for securing account credentials. Any unauthorized access or damage caused by credential mishandling is solely the user’s responsibility.
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination.
- Rueez may request payment identity verification, including credit card verification. Failure to comply may result in account cancellation.
- Rueez reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification at any time. Failure to provide documents may lead to suspension or termination.
- Customers must comply with all applicable laws. Illegal, abusive, or unethical use of services is prohibited.
11.2 Prohibited Activities
Rueez strictly prohibits the following activities and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in them:
- IRC servers or related activities.
- Automated browsing tools, traffic exchanges, bots, or similar software.
- Illegal downloads/uploads, pirated content, or warez.
- Hacking tools, brute force programs, IP scanners, or port scanning.
- Email spamming or unsolicited bulk email distribution.
- Fraudulent financial activities (HYIP, Ponzi schemes, Forex scams, and similar models).
- Gambling, lottery, or betting sites.
- Public VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, or TOR exit nodes.
- Cryptocurrency mining or similarly resource-intensive activities.
- Hosting phishing, malware, or fraudulent websites.
- File hosting or illegal streaming services.
- Adult content hosting or sexually explicit material.
- Any activity that causes excessive server load or impacts network stability.
- Any attempt to bypass security restrictions or gain unauthorized access to server resources.
11.3 Usage Policy
- Unlimited bandwidth is provided for standard use. Excessive use (for example, over 15GB/day on shared hosting) may require plan upgrade.
- “Unlimited” resources are intended for personal and small business website usage, not for file storage, bulk backup repositories, or abusive usage.
- Any activity affecting server stability, uptime, or performance may require upgrade to VPS or dedicated resources.
- All reseller hosting servers are limited to 200 outgoing emails per hour per cPanel account to protect platform stability and reduce abuse.
11.4 Reseller Terms & Client Responsibilities
- Resellers must ensure their clients comply with all Rueez policies.
- Reselling shared hosting accounts is prohibited; reseller business must operate on reseller hosting plans.
- Resellers are responsible for their own client support, billing, and service management.
- Rueez is not liable for reseller-client disputes or related service disagreements.
- We reserve the right to review and modify reseller plans when operationally necessary.
- If a reseller cPanel account breaches these terms, it may be permanently suspended or terminated.
- If a reseller cPanel receives a data-center abuse report, it may be suspended or terminated.
- If reseller client sites/cPanels are flagged for abuse more than 3 times in one month, reseller account suspension may apply.
11.5 Secure Shell (SSH) Access Terms
- SSH access is disabled by default and may be enabled on request with valid technical justification.
- Abuse or misuse of SSH privileges may result in immediate account termination.
11.6 Outgoing Traffic & Spam Policy
- Accounts sending spam or fraudulent emails will have outbound email functionality blocked.
- Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension.
11.7 Network & Server Cleanliness
At Rueez, we are committed to maintaining a clean, stable server environment. We strive to keep servers, IP addresses, and network resources free from spam, abuse, and malicious activity to ensure optimal performance for all users.
11.8 Complimentary Resources, GPL Software & Licensing Disclaimer
Rueez may provide themes, plugins, scripts, WHMCS licenses, or other software as complimentary resources with certain services.
Resources available through our Resource Center may be distributed under GNU General Public License (GPL) or similar open-source licensing terms, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
These resources are not official commercial licenses issued by original authors/vendors and may not include vendor support, updates, or author-side license verification.
Any WHMCS license provided by Rueez is generated through our internal licensing system, intended solely for use within our services, and may be modified or revoked at any time.
All complimentary resources are provided “as-is” and used at the customer’s own risk. Rueez makes no warranties regarding third-party licensing enforcement, vendor actions, or legal compliance.
Customers are strongly advised to purchase official licenses directly from original authors/vendors whenever verified licensing, vendor support, updates, or legal assurance is required.

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or service-related changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
