2. Cancellation Requests

Clients may request cancellation of any active service, subscription, or ongoing project at any time by contacting our support team via info@rueez.io. Once a cancellation request is received, our team will verify your account details and confirm the cancellation within 24–48 hours.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of service purchased:

  • Custom SaaS or Development Projects: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial payment only if no custom work or resource allocation has begun.
  • Digital Services or IT Consulting: Once service delivery, consultancy hours, or development work has commenced, refunds are generally not applicable.
  • Subscription-Based Services: Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but previously billed cycles are non-refundable as services remain available until the end of the term.
  • Server or Hosting Plans: Eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee if no violation of our Terms of Service has occurred.

4. Refund Process

If eligible, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the same payment method originally used for the transaction. Processing times may vary slightly based on your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Wise).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

7. Subscription Cancellations

To prevent further billing, clients must cancel their subscription before the next renewal date. After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No future charges will be applied.
